An opportunity exists for a Career Medical Officer (CMO) to fill a vacancy at Blayney Multi Purpose Health Service. Hours of work are Monday - Friday 0800 - 1700. The case load will be emergency presentations and acute and sub-acute inpatients. There is also an aged care facility located at the MPS. The CMO will be the first point of contact for presentations to the emergency department. Tertiary referral hospitals (Orange Health Service and Bathurst Health Service) are located approximately thirty (30) minutes away by road. Potential applicants must be able to work independently and not have registration conditions which require supervision to practice.
